Choosing the right combination of steel is extremely important to reduce wear, prevent corrosion and maximize thermal conductivity. The bolster plates also require adequate strength for the desired service life.

We design modular inserts for wear surfaces and fragile parts to ensure easy replacement, many a times it can be done even when the mould is on the moulding machine to increase up time.

Most of the parts are made interchangeable.

Before investing in actual multi-cavity moulds, we offer you the option of low-cost pilot tool which can help you to produce a few thousand parts for test marketing.
